The number of sessions you book is completely up to you and depends on your desired outcome.

I usually recommand booking a few sessions for lighter issues in order to see lasting changes in your field.

For chronic, long term issues or deep transformation, it is a good idea to book regular sessions. This allows us to prepare your field and build a healthy container in order to work with deeper dimensions such as hara (intentionality, life purpose) and core essence.

In general, I would recommend a minimum of a week between healings in order to let your system integrate the work of the previous session.

Yes, you can.

You do not need to fully understand how energy healing works nor to know yet how it fits within your vision of reality for it to be effective. You only need to be open to it and to have an intention for change.

If you are certain that energy healing does not work, then like with a medical treatment, your body actually has the ability to block its effects (feel free to research the nocebo effect if you are curious about this). In that case it is best to honour your position and not force things.

If you are open and unsure, my suggestion is to give it a try and assess for youself after the session whether it did benefit you or not. You will be able to feed your rational mind with more readings afterwards if you wish to.

Yes, of course! You don't need to wait for a discomfort to appear in the physical body to receive a healing. Healings are helpful to address subtle imbalances, to be fuller of yourself (in the best possible way), to free your expression and flow of life. They can also help develop more awareness of your own process.

Yes, energy-work may assist you in a variety of ways:

With time, it is my experience that energy healing creates shifts on the physical level. This can help you heal, however I cannot guarantee this outcome as each person’s journey is different and depends on many variables that are not in my hands.

Brennan healing is a very safe modality, suitable for a broad range of conditions and situations. Certain conditions call for adaptations which is why it is important that you disclose your medical history in the intake form.

In addition, on certain occasions I may deem that healing would not benefit you at a certain time or that I am not the suitable practitioner. This is something that we assess and discuss during the complimentary intake call.

Please note that if you have a serious condition, I may ask you to be in the care of a GP or psychiatrist as well.

For all sessions: please refrain from drinking alcohol and taking recreational drugs 24h before the session. For online sessions, it is a good idea to prepare your space before connecting. It may be nice to plan for a blanket, some water, and some tissues. You are also very welcome to light up a candle, bring a crystal, a photo of an ancestor or any symbol that feels supportive to you and your intention.
