The number of sessions depends on your goals. For lighter concerns, a few sessions can bring noticeable changes. For deeper, long-term issues or profound transformation, regular sessions are beneficial. This helps us prepare your energy field and create a strong foundation to explore deeper dimensions like life purpose and core essence.
I recommend leaving at least a week between sessions to allow your system to fully integrate the healing work.
Yes, you can.
You do not need to fully understand how energy healing works nor to know yet how it fits within your vision of reality for it to be effective.
You only need to be open to it and to have an intention for change.
If you are certain that energy healing does not work, then like with a medical treatment, your body actually has the ability to block its effects (feel free to research the nocebo effect if you are curious about this). In that case it is best to honour your position and not force things.
If you are open and unsure, my suggestion is to give it a try and assess for youself after the session whether it did benefit you or not. You will be able to feed your rational mind with more readings afterwards if you wish to.
Yes, of course! You don't need to wait for a discomfort to appear in the physical body to receive a healing.
Healings are helpful to address subtle imbalances, to be fuller of yourself (in the best possible way), to free your expression and flow of life. They can also help develop more awareness of your own process.

Yes, energy-work may assist you in a variety of ways:
- to boost your healing abilities by supporting your system from an energetic point of view
- to gain insights on your healing process
- to process emotions, thoughts, and difficulties linked with your condition.
With time, it is my experience that energy healing creates shifts on the physical level. This can help you heal, however I cannot guarantee this outcome as each person’s journey is different and depends on many variables that are not in my hands.

Brennan healing is a gentle and safe approach, adaptable to many conditions. It’s important to share your medical history in the intake form so we can tailor the session to your needs. In some cases, I may suggest postponing healing or recommend another practitioner if it’s in your best interest. For serious conditions, I might ask that you also consult with a GP or psychiatrist.
For all sessions: please refrain from drinking alcohol and taking recreational drugs 24h before the session.
For online sessions, it is a good idea to prepare your space before connecting. It may be nice to plan for a blanket, some water, and some tissues. You are also very welcome to light up a candle, bring a crystal, a photo of an ancestor or any symbol that feels supportive to you and your intention.
