With less notice given, I will not likely be able to give your slot to another client and the fee will therefore still be due. -

What to expect during a session
​1. Discussion
Each session starts with a little time to connect and check-in. This is an opportunity to discuss what is present for you, your intention and potentially to gain clarity on your needs.
​We may evoke your health, your emotional or mental state but also relationships, family, job, longings, beliefs, etc.
2. Healing
We then moved into energy-work and you are invited to lay down on a massage table, fully clothed. I may lightly touch your body or I may work without physical contact at times. If you'd rather not be touched, please let me know. I may use sound or intentional breathing too.

You may feel some changes of temperature or some tingling, see colours or shapes, or experience memories, insights or some emotional releases. You may also get into a deep relaxed state and even fall asleep.
All of these are normal and depend on both your sensitivity and what is happening in the healing.

A few essentials

3. Completion
I will inform you when the healing is complete. I may let you rest a few minutes. Then we will have a short time to check-in again. I may give you some information about what happened during the session and some recommandations.
This discussion is intended to remain brief in order to let you stay in the healing space and to avoid moving back too quickly to the mental realm.

4. Integration (post healing)
After the session, you will go through an integration phase. It means that your system will be busy taking in and stabilising the changes that just happened. This is an important phase of the healing. For this reason, it is best not to plan for strenuous activities (driving or going into a meeting) straight after the session.
If you can, allow for some relaxing time.
The integration takes a few days to complete and you will receive further recommandations to facilitate this process when you book a session.
