When? On Sunday 20th, July from 10am to 16pm.
Where? At the beautiful Meditation House Porto.
Program: In the morning we will start with practices designed to help us open our hearts and let the energy flow from this deep centeredness.
This will involve:
🌟 a cacao ceremony
🌟 a heart opening meditation
🌟 some movement & somatic practices
🌟 a time for inner journeying and healing what is ready to be held.
In the afternoon, the group will come together and we will explore presencing our open-hearted selves in community through:
🌟 some sharings
🌟 some group practices
🌟 and a time for integration.
Catering: Food is not provided for lunch. You are welcome to bring your own meal. There is a kitchen and a dining area as well as a beautiful garden accessible on the premises.
Price & booking: 88€ for one person or 160€ for 2.

Cancellation policy: cancellation is free until Wednesday 16th July midnight. Please note that bookings are final past this date & time, thank you.
If we have never worked together, I will offer you a short call to check in before the event.
The event is confirmed with a minimum of 4 people registered.
